Author Biography
Dr. Sefer Darıcı is an associate professor and head of the Department of New Media and Communication at the Faculty of Communication, Sivas Cumhuriyet University, Türkiye. He is also a researcher at the UNEC Research Centre of Digital Economics, Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), Baku, Azerbaijan.
